This concert, honoring the memory of beloved Chicago music teacher Sarah Lazarus, combines a screening of the recently restored 1923 Weimar silent cinema classic, “The Ancient Law,” with a live original score performed by Klezmer violinist Alicia Svigals and pianist/composer Donald Sosin.
